This programme is designed for those who have access to either a bike erg, ski erg or row erg. We have planned a progressive programme designed to ramp up your fitness in a 6 short weeks. Each week contains 4 workouts which are structured as follows:
> Day 1 - Endurance
> Day 2 - Mixed Modal + Bodyweight
> Day 3 - Intervals
> Day 4 - Mixed Modal + DB or KB
You will need access to the following kit

> Row Erg
> Dumbbells & Kettlebells

Each session will last somewhere between 30-60 mins depending on the type of session and objectives for that specific workout.
You will need a minimum one piece of cardio equipment. If you do not have kettlebells or dumbbells this is not a problem. You can still do the other 3 sessions per week which will drive great results
