Our underpinning principles of strength and conditioning mean this programme relies heavily on traditional strength training, utilising compound movements and accessible cardiovascular development through the use of running, bodyweight movements, and ergs.

The performance programme is the most versatile programme on the market - it bridges the gap between group coaching and individual programming by providing you with the structure and tools to build your own programme based on your goals.

Within the programme you will see that some components are labelled *BASE* - these are the strength components which make up the foundations of all programmes.

On top of the *BASE* work, you then have the opportunity to build you own daily structure using the following components:

  • Weightlifting 
  • Gymnastics
  • Functional Accessory
  • Bodybuilding
  • Conditioning

Within the programme we have provided you with some example structure options of how to build you own workout based on your goals.
