This programme is designed for those who have access to either a bike erg, ski erg or row erg. We have planned a progressive programme designed to ramp up your fitness in a 6 short weeks. Each week contains 4 workouts which are structured as follows:
> Day 1 - Endurance
> Day 2 - Mixed Modal + Bodyweight
> Day 3 - Intervals
> Day 4 - Mixed Modal + DB or KB
Our 6 week dumbbell only programme is designed to help improve your strength & fitness with just 2 simple tools, dumbbells and your bodyweight. This programme contains 4 sessions per week for 6 weeks.
We have planned the sessions so that you can either follow the structure as the programme progresses or you can cherry pick workouts to fit around your current training.
